Joni Stephenson received her Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Arkansas State University.  She began her career in the hospital setting while attending Arkansas State University.  Upon graduation, she worked for St. Bernard's Hospital for a year and half.  She relocated to Little Rock and began working at Baptist Health Medical Center as the nurse recruiter in 2005. She relocated to Philadelphia in 2012 with her husband.  She return to Little Rock and Baptist Health in 2015.   She is now the Talent Acquisition and Retention Manager for the Baptist Health System.
